ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

  • A single form allows you to register for Teachers' Conference Weekend (TCW), Teachers' Conference Weekend Plus (TCW+), Summer School Week (SS), Summer School Half Week or BOTH TCW and SS.
  • All fees will be paid online through the TAC PayPal processor EITHER by credit card OR PayPal account; PLEASE NOTE you have the choice of paying with a credit card within the PayPal payment processor without having a PayPal account.  Registrants from Canada have the option to send an e-transfer to setreasurer@tac-rscds.org  This option is not available for registrants from the US or overseas.
  • When you are ready to pay, please click the radio button next to your registration choice, and you will be charged that full amount.
  • One person can register two individuals consecutively, provided the two people have different email addresses.  If two people use the same email address, please make two separate registrations.
  • Please note that the registration fee includes the Banquet & Ball for TCW or SS (or both if you are attending both). Non-registrants, e.g. guests of dancers registered for TCW and/or Summer School, can purchase Banquet/Ball tickets individually by contacting the Registrar separately.<br>

  • Cancellations: If an individual cancels during early-bird pricing (ends April 15, 2024), all but $100 (TCW) or $200 (Summer School) will be refunded.  After April 15, 2024 and through June 11,2024,  50% will be refunded.  There are no refunds from June 16, 2024 on.  Attendees are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Dancers under the age of 18 years are required to attend with a parent or guardian who will be responsible for them for the duration of the Summer Event.

Four levels of dance classes are offered at TAC Summer School 2024. Please consult new class descriptions on the Summer School Programme page
For dancers, the second choice of dance level must differ from that given above. If a different dance level is not given, the Summer Events Committee may randomly assign a second choice for you.

All meals are served buffet style and will automatically include common options such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free. If you have exceptional dietary requirements or allergies that are unlikely to be met with serve-yourself selections, please provide information. Non-resident registration includes lunch and banquet(s) but does not include breakfast or dinner.

Event Fee(s)
A reminder that the YOUTH prices apply to any dancer between the ages of 18-35. Please read the options carefully before proceeding. There are many this year.
Please note that the first five (5) options are for the FULL week of Summer School. The Half Week begins with supper Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
You may choose to arrive or depart a day before or after your event begins. However, no meals, dances or classes are included in this price. This is simply the cost of the room. If you need to book a night before or after AFTER you have registered, please contact the Registrar and this can be arranged.

The payment processor is PayPal but you are not required to have a PayPal account because the processor offers two payment options:
